Material & labour for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles non exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile with and including backing layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic coloured tile in vertical surfaces size 300 x 600 mm and 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tile with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non-skid coloured path design tiles 9 to 10mm thick (Squre / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm , in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile with and including backing layer of 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment any type and thickness from top surface of roof slab including backing layer of mortar and removing the materials from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces for laying floor finishes/roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terrace etc., consisting of following sequences of operations on RCC surfaces; (a) Roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly and apply cement slurry @3 kg/sqm. (b) Clean the surfaces thoroughly and apply bitumen primer @ 0.4 kg/ sqm. (c) Polymeric water proofing (Actatic poly propelene) membrane weight not less than 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (non woven fabric wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be laid over the entire surfaces. (d) A coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge. (e) Ponding test as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge. (f) Each strip shall overlap the preceding one by atleast 10 cm at the longitudinal edges and 15 cm at the ends.
