S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of and colour having tensile strengh of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Providing and laying coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of floor tiles including cement mortar bedding of any thickness upto PCC/RCC surface and rubbish off the premises complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Providing and laying coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of wall tiles including cement mortar bedding of any thickness upto PCC/RCC/brick surface and rubbish off the premises complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in flooring finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lowering of existing truss of wooden/steel section and after repairing and refixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986, wrought in scantlings and timber framed and fixed including necessary supports to existing truss including Dismantling of timber scanttlings 40 Sqcm & over in section, in any position for framed workcomplete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC colour casement windows (Outward /inward) with hinges system made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames 60mm X 58mm and sash (style and rail) 60mm X 78 mm will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+0.2.mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, all complete and as directed, (Glazing, hardware hinges and fitting, EPDM rubber gasketetc. to be paid separately.) Note:-Each member of window to be measured separately with clear length.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 40 mm thick finished even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
