Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and not ec 3.00 m

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m, complete all as directed.

M&L cement concrete with PCC type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete,using Type B1 (20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinfocements will be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item

M & L for TMT reinforcement 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking, banding spirally for hooping columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4), (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.
