R.R Stone masonary in foundation & plinth in 1:6 cement mortar i/c dressing of stone with hard stone of approved quality in foundatin and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 stone aggregate 20mm norminal size in cment mortar 1:6 in the plinth.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
