Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or 'Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for internal dia of pipe 150mm/ 200 mm dia and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of open drains by removing soil/sand accumulated in the drains and removal/disposal of the same to a distance n. exc. 50m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing building materials/debris to a distance of 5Km/GVMC designated land including loading, unloading and stacking at destination complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) in benching/coping, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC 1:1½:3 type A1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan n. exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.15 above but except stone

Dismantling stone pitching in portions built in cement mortar including levelling the dismantled area to get the even surface by removing the vegetation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly & grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.18 above but except stone.

M&L for grouting the stone pitching in cement mortar 1:6 including removal of loose mortar & vegetation etc. complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses or stone pitching built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F reinforcement TMT steel bars of 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.22 above but TMT steel bars of 6 to 8mm dia.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 600 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of choked sewage line of 150 mm dia including cleaning of drains by well flushing with water, taking out waste materials and removing the sludge materials as directed by Engr-in-Charge and disposed off beyond Municipal corporation area.

Cleaning of septic tanks and manholes by means of removing silt, sludge etc and taken off the site including pumping foul water from septic tanks and manhole manually or mechanically complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the concrete surface by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L designer chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded 30 cm x 30cm x 25 cm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L forming contraction joints 10mm dia wide 65 mm deep filled with sealing grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC pipe 160 mm dia 4KN/sqm conforming to IS : 15328-2003 single socketed in any length jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches or floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 160 mm dia drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre from the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement etc including forms, moulds , mitred / stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, finished fair and smooth including mixing WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and including one coat of primer on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab (for man holes), chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof incl securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm dia. mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, as reinforcement. cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing 100 x 100 mm and dia 5 mm including PVC coating complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire (Hot dipped galvanised) 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured)

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any descriptions, n.exc. 10 cm width or girth, when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint cover over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
