Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F expanded metal n. exc 4kg/Sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying or welding with existing reinforcement including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples complete to steel members etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick doubing plaster in CM (1:4) in two layers of 10mm thick each on concrete/brick face (2nd layer shall be applied after drying up of Ist layer) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over welded existing TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Chajja/facia, slab and shelves supported on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, chajja/facia and similar work n. exc 200mm thick (horizental or sloping) rough finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of wall care putty on walls to make the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface with integral water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces over alkali resistant primer on wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note ser N0 01 to 12 : Work is required to be carried out in bldgs upto 2nd storeyed bldgs. The contractor shall make his own arrangement for scaffolding and safety and security measures and rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth complete including filling the joints with mastic compound all complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc and removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length including bends, socket etc with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bend 110mm dia with access door, any radius as required and jointed with approved adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement to waste pipe in run lead with dia of outlet 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces on walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colour wash on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces on walls and applying one coat of acrylic interior distemper of approved tint and make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces on walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surface by removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint as in small blocks of size 300x300mm or as directed on sides and front of buildings for writing of block/building numbers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint on previously painted surface of size 15cm high complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The work under item ser No 28 & 29 for writing building Nos/block Nos on the sides and front of the buildings (b) The writing work shall be carried out by sign writer / expert painter as approved by GE.

S&F in repair triple layered rotational moulded PVC water storage tank cylinderical, vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 500 Ltr with and including PTMT float valve 20mm dia and making connection for inlet and outlet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450 x 350x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 10mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4. Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6). Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed.

Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes exc 100 sqcm but n. Exc 250 sqcm into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas etc reinforced or otherwise complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F joist, channel, angle or tee sections, hollow tabular section independentely with connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. Within 20mm of the length indicated confirming to Fe-410W (Gde-e-250) quality - A including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width/ girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint or any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
