SUB-HEAD : EARTH WORK
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

SUB-HEAD : STEEL WORK
Providing, fabricating, transporting, assembling and erection in position of Steel members for steel colunms, built up beams using structural tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. confirming to IS 4923 / IS 1161, Yield strength 310 MPa as per latest IS Code) to the required profile & shape as called for as per the drawing & specifications and of approved make including the shear connectors /studs and fusion weld to top of horizontal member. This item also includes prepration of shop drawings and their approval, necessary templates, adequate temporary supports, scaffolding & staging, all cutting, grinding, sliding & all labour tools, plants & equipments & operations etc. required to complete the job as per drawing & specification. Every precaution to be taken to prevent rusting of sections. This item also includes all test on materials & welded fabricated parts as per specification and direction of Engineer - in - Charge. Temporary bolts & nuts ( grade EN 8 ) to be used during assembling & shall be removed before site erection. All site erection bolts shall be HSFG type only. The item to include cost of sand blasting on materials, application of primer and epoxy paint in internal & external in fabrication shop & final painting on site including all touch up works after erection as per technical specification.
Scope of work includes: i) Design & fabrication of any additional temporary structure including all type of lifting brackets, supporting brackets ,which will be required for transportion & erection in position / launching of fabrication part or complete element in position. ii) Making provision & arrangement for required opening / inserts for fixing lights fixtures & funning cable conduits. iii) All incidentials labour, equipement & plants required to execute & complete the job from fabrication to erection at final position as per drawing, specification & direction of Engineer - in -Charge. iv) Cleaning & removing of all spoil, temporary arrangementa for casting of deck slab/roofing. v) All safety measures required to execute & complete the work.

SUB-HEAD : ALUMINIUM WORK & STRUCTURAL GLAZING
Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. Providing and fixing 6mm thick Suede Finish Exterior Grade High Pressure Compact Laminates (HPL Cladding) such as Greenlam Clads / Rehau / Exidec / Trespa / Fundermax, conforming to EN 438-6:2016 (EDF Grade), size 1300 × 3050 mm, made from urea-free thermosetting phenolic resin-treated kraft papers and amino plastic resin-treated décor papers with UV protective films on both sides. Clads shall comply with EN 13501-1:2007 (Fire Rating Bs1d0), Halogen-free, Antibacterial & Antifungal (JIS Z2801:2010 / ASTM G21-2015), Anti-graffiti, UV-Resistant, Weather-resistant, and CE certified as per EN 438-7:2005 Annex ZA, System-1. Clads to be installed on aluminium tubular substructure (50×25×1.8 mm) placed vertically @ 450 mm c/c, fixed with dead load and wind load brackets using 10 mm anchor fasteners, and 5 mm colour-matching rivets. Maintain 6 mm horizontal and vertical joints between panels. All complete as per manufacturer specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. SUB-HEAD:WATER PROOFING WORK
Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof, podium by two component cementitious coating over single component acrylic coating as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of: a) Surface preparation:Ensure all RCC repair work completion from civil contractors and taking handover. Surface cleaning will be done by means of wire brushing, Chiseling and light surface grinding shall be done if required. Laitance shall be removed and cleaned properly. Substrates must be free of loose aggregate and sharp protrusions. b) Crack treatment: Cracks will be opened in a V shape by making a groove of 20mm wide and 25mm deep. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6). V shape groove feel with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40) c) Making Angle Fillet: Making Angle Fillet (50 mm x 50 mm) in the junction of roof slab & parapet wall. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6).The junction will be treated by polymer modified mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40). d) Bore Packing: (If Required)Wherever applicable after making groove, Grouting the all the pipe line joints with, cementitious general purpose grout (Mix density= 2100-2300 Kg/m³, Compressive strength= 50MPa @28days). Then the area should be treated with the application of Epoxy resin-based putty ( Mix density= 1.55 Kg/ltr., Compressive strength= 50N/mm² @7days, Bond strength> 2.5N/mm², Drying time= 8hrs.) & necessary suitable curing to be taken place.
e) Screed concrete with Integral Waterproof compound f) Primer Coat:The entire substrate will be treated by applying coating of single component acrylic coating as Primer @ 0.6-0.8 kg /m2. g) Mixing & Application of two component cementitious waterproofing coating(Elongation>150%): Mixing:Take a purely clean container. Slowly add the powder to the liquid (2:1 ratio) and mix, using a slow speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle (350-400 rpm).The material should be mixed for 3-4 minutes till we get a homogeneous mix which is free of any lumps. Leave the mix for few minutes & allow the entrapped air to be free. Application: The prepared substrate should be in SSD (Surface saturated dry) condition with water. Please ensure there should not be any standing water in the surface before application of the 1st coat slurry by hard brush. Allow the first coat to dry completely for overnight before applying the second coat. Apply second coat at right angles to the first coat. Apply the mixed material over prepared substrate with specified coverage of 1.3 kgs / Sqm (Coverage may vary depending upon the nature and texture of the substrate) as per manufacturer recommendation.Quartz sand to be sprinkled uniformly over the 2nd coat when it is still in tacky condition.Allow the coating to cure for at least 3 days. h) Protection against external Damages: When the cementitious membrane is cured, the treated floor area to be covered with screed concrete average 50 mm thick and coating (For wall) shall be covered with a layer or protective plaster (6 mm) using cement mortar @ 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound @200 gm per 50kg bag of cement.
