Arrangements for dragging of wooden Maharadham, golden chariot and Art painting to wooden Maharadham and required materials for Radhams and Vahanams for all festivals at Sri PAT, Tiruchanoor for the year 2026-27

Supply of Man/ Woman Mazdoor (unskilled work men) for conveying of Maharadham & Golden chariot decoation materials to Radham house area and for tying and assembling by obtaining the necessary repairs to the Maharadham & Golden chariot after the festival is over and return the decoration materials to the departmental stores. Dragging the Maharadham & Golden chariot during the festival days and watching the materials during the day and night etc., complete ( the contractor is responsible in case of damage & theft ) as follows. The payment will be made as per the actual labour engaged.

Supply Carpenter 1st class (Skilled workmen) for assembling the Maharadham & Golden chariot Idols and repairs etc., complete as directed during execution. The payment will be made as per the actual labour engaged.

Supply Carpenter 2nd class (semi-skilled workmen) for assembling the Maharadham & Golden chariot Idols and repairs etc., complete as directed during execution. The payment will be made as per the actual labour engaged.

Supply of Best Teak wood Planks any thickness

Supply of Best Teak wood scantlings up to 2 mts

Varnishing Single coat for Old wood work with best varnish of approved quality and make including brushes to have an even shade and including cost of linseed oil, boiled, stopping cloth, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications

Painting single coat with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

KARNA KUDAM :- Supply of Karna Kudam top portion covering 8 sides with Tiruman Sanku Chakram embroidered on banatha cloth with cotton lining with tape etc., as per the existing measurements.

ERUPU : - Supply of Erupu 5 steps covering on 8 sides 40 pieces apic embroidered jallars and tapes ets., as per the existing measurements.
