Constructing one No. of 75 KL Capacity with sill level not less than 19 m height upto FSL 22 m from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No. 3. Providing and fixing D.I. K-9 D/F expansion joints latest bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing, Duck foot bends, Conforming to ISI -13382 and C.I/D.I. D/F Sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS-14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipe and including providing and installing inlet, outlet scour pipe and overflow DI double flanged pressure pipes DI K-9 horizontally as per IS 8329-2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost & P/F aluminium ladder inside the OHSR complete in all respect as per specifications (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of is less than 8.75 tone per Sqm in case the safe bearing capacity of sail is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm. safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Preminum including providing and fixing automatic Electronic Water Level control Device and Construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling, including overflow scower haudi complete in all respects.

Repair of Pump Chamber

Providing & fixing of Door and Windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled including dismentling of old Doors and windows complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade. Inside & outside pump Chamber. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

12.5mm thick plaster in 1:4 under side of ceiling

Providing, Stringing out uPVC 6kg/sqcm pipes and specials ISI Marked as per ISI-4985 casting along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, cutting. Jointing and testing complete including cost of earthwork in excavation and back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width. (Mechanicaly)

Chlorinator

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleaching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm² and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Pumping Machinery

Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed Make capable of delivering 530 LPM against a head of 72.00 mtr (17.50 BHP) complete in all respects.

i) Providing & Fixing of Electric Control panel board Consisting of elctric appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button, (As per PSPCL norms) Main Switch, VM, Ampere, Meter, ELCB, Shunt Capacitor, Single Phase preventer, Indicating Lamps, Kit-Kat etc.complete in all respect.

ii) Providing & Fixing of submersible cable 4mm² =100m complete in all respects.

iii) Providing & Fixing of M.S Column Pipe of 80mm i/d 50m complete in all respects.

Development of Water Works Site

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in the rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-6 & 8

Construction of Cement Concrete, Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing D-10.

Providing & fixing MS Sign Board as per standard size of DWSS.

Environment Management

Planting hedge including digging of trench 60 cm wide to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 30cm distance from plant to plant in two rows.

Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Supplying and planting permanent trees in prepared pits and watering

Planting ground covers (ordinary) including digging of beds to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 25cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.

Planting Rose beds including digging of beds to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, triangular planting of sapling at 60cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.
