SPL REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS IN BLDG NO P-480 AT MIL STN KOTA

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, cured in HPSC (high pressure steam curing ) process, highly chemical stabilised, design and texture as approved of Make Armstrong/Everest/ Ramco, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Anodised aluminium snap grid Size of grid 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long as in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing on ceilings in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion by roller white or tinted over and including one coat of 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, wall light fittings , tube light fittings, surface light fitting , ceiling light fittings , any types of fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking on credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing old fluorescent tube light fittings/ bulk head light fittings/ ceiling light fittings/ building light fittings including lamp any capacity, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring for one light or one fan or one exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and making good disturbed surfaces suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

M & L for concealed point wiring for one 3 pin/ 5 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the same board complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and making good disturbed surfaces suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed.
