4.1.A.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on the prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Grading-I - Plant Mix Method

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.2:Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.6.a:Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

55.7.a:Providing bitumen leveling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

55.9.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 12mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD187382/2024-2025:Mixed seal surfacing Manual Means-Type-A-Bitumen VG30 Providing-Laying and rolling of close graded premix surface of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 9mm (Type A) aggregate using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base, line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per technical specification.

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

55.10.1:Providing and erecting retro-reflectorised Object Hazard Marker 300mm x 900mm Providing and erecting retro-reflectorised Object Hazard Marker sign with 07 years warranty, manufactured as per IRC 67 USING Type IV ASTM D 4956-09 micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting fixed over aluminium sheetig, 2 mm thick / aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back support frame and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm, firmly fixed 30cm above ground level by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30x45cm, 45cm below ground level including painting all non-reflective faces with epoxy paint 2 coats over epoxy primer as per approved drawing and clause 801.300 mm x 900 mm

3.11:Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.

55.15:Refurbishment of existing signboardsRefurbishment of existing signboards of all size except gantry mounted ones to their original reflectivity & position by removing obstructions like overgrowth vegitation etc ,if any,washing the signboards with water & soap solution to remove all dirt, oil etc. , correcting any dislocations including minor repairs, replacement of lost nut and bolts etc complete.

3.24.B:Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil by Manual Means to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 50 metres (average lead 25 metres) <br>

2.4.1.A:Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres -<br> Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 and below - By Manual Means <br>
