Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over a coats of cement based white wall putty of minimum thickness 1.5 mm to make the surface even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old existing surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying three coat of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old existing surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint on roof trusses and girder etc., upto the height of 20m of workshop building including necessary arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of old untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work for concrete surface and finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work for concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of existing surface of wall and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls of work shop building and including double story bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of chalk white complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) not exc 15cm thick (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. General Note :- The above items are to be executed for multi storied building of five floors height / work shop buildings of similar height and requires double scaffolding to carry out the mechanically applied repair mortars etc . The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety measure, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the items.
