Repairs to cement concrete road in patches by Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and finishing the surface to match with existing cement concrete road etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead.

Taking out C.I. /precast RCC cover with frame from R.C.C. top slab of manholes of various sizes including demolishing of R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Deduction for taking over of unserviceable materials obtained from dismantling/ demolishing as is where is basis. Note : Materials shall be taken over by the contractor at his own cost and will allow to deduct at the quoted rate from the bill of payment.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings of approved make etc. : External work. The Trenching and refilling will be paid for separately.

Cleaning of manholes, Gully Traps, floor Traps, etc. including connected sewer/sludge lines by rodding, passing Bamboo strips, a jute ball etc. and flowing clean water etc. to ensure proper flow through lines to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate includes the cost of all tools, plants and labour involved in above operations including disposal of garbage to approved dumping ground and also safety measures of labourers are to be taken by agency during execution of work. The payment shall be paid on Nos. of manholes, Gully Traps, Floor Traps, etc. cleaned.
