Repairing the starter/ stabilizer of lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-II.

a. Hiring of skilled labour to rectify the defect in Starter fitted in panel & 200 KVA voltage stabilizer. b. Opening the lid of 200 KVA voltage stabilizer with the help of skilled labours to rectify the defect in it. The job includes the charge for repairs to regulator contact points which got locked on step first due to accumulation of carbon on it. Then clean various points with the help of hand file, repairs to connection leads, then fitted the lid properly by way of tightening nuts & bolts. c. Repairs to starter fitted in panel for 05 cusec pumping units by way of removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment. The job includes the charge for p/f LED phase indicator with surge protection of reputed make (3no). d. Providing and fitting of voltmeter 0-500 V two no in 200 KVA voltage stabilizer for the completion of work.
