Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall, bricks surfaces or corrugated AC sheet roofing by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including removing old vegetation etc and applying one coat of cement base paint (snowcem) complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed

Writing of letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) n' exc 30 cm of height and 10mm wide including preparation to concrete surface by applying synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5 meters)

Preparation of new plasterd surface of wall and applying three coat of white wash on (wall) complete all as specified and directed

Complete removing of existing treatment from wall / ceilling by using machinary complete all as specified and directed. (work to be carried upto a height of 7.50m high)

Prepration of scrapped surface of wall / ceilling and applying 2mm thick Asian acrylic damp proof wall care putty in two coats as per manufactur instruction complete all as specified and directed. (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m).

Preparation of puttyied surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.(work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m).

Prepration of primed surfaces of wall / ceiling and applying two coats of Appex paint ( Weather coat exterior paint) complete all as specified and directed. (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m) .

Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 2.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m)

Taking down existing broken portion of upward / inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete rienorcement of any thickness and surface area exc 0.5 sqm but not exc 5.0 sqm and providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 12.5 mm granded stone agg including finishing the surface by providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and finish the surface smooth using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m) .

Preparation of old plastered/un-plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, pillar etc and applying one coat of Appex paint (Weather coat exterior paint), (light/dark shed) on wall/ceiling through normal applications methodology using machinery etc complete upto height of 7.50 mtr and all as per manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and directed.
