Remodeling of LIS Bhaloon in Tehsil Nurpur Distt. Kangra

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers, when required into plinths sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 sand) above plinth level up to floor two level (2nd class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing paneled and glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished / black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws in 2nd. class deodar wood 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 2nd. class deodar wood 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Foundations,footings,bases of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
