M&L for returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (any type of soil) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 150mm bore dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling of broken brick bats of gauge 80 to 150 mm as in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab and similar work n. exc 200mm thick (horizental or sloping) rough finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n. exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n. exc 20 cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, drain cover, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm dia pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) vent cowl 75mm bore complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
