Concrete Plinth Protection works

Supplying and laying 100 mm thick plinth protection to the periphery of the buildings as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge with Plain cement concrete grade 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, leveling, curing , dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying of PCC 50mm thick of cement concrete m10 grade well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, leveling & dressing &finishing as per the instruction of site in charge.

providing and laying factory made precast concrete solid block of 200mm thickness OF grade M10 from approved manufacture with cement motor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including cost of material ,load, shifting as per the instructed by Engineer - in - charge.

18 mm cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) finished smooth with sponge including cost of material ,load, shifting as per the instruction by Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work Excavation by manual over area for plinth brick work, including cost of machinery, labour, lead, lifting and disposal of excavated earth as instructed by Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying and filling of local earth by mechanical transport from the approved site, also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm, as instructed by Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation and laying the existing water supply HDPE pipe to a required depth not less than 600 mm from GL as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all tools and plants, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Excavation and laying the existing CCTV cables to a required depth not less than 600 mm from GL as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all tools and plants, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Design, Supply and fixing of Stainless steel 1st class (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes ,channels ,plates, with rings to hook chain etc., glossy finish including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature(where required)and fitting the same with necessary accessories &stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size ,on the top of the floor / concrete pedestals with suitable arrangement, Shop drawings and sample to be submited for approval as instructed by Engineer - in – charge

Design, Supply and fixing of Stainless steel 1st class (Grade 304) standard size approved railing Chain with Hooks, fitting the same with necessary accessories to the Fixed SS Hollow tubes with SS dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of with suitable arrangement, Shop drawings and sample to be submits for approval as instructed by Engineer - in – charge

Supplying and providing Plain cement concrete of grade M15 pedestals of size 300X300X600mm to place the SS handrail Hollow tubes at Academic Block building including cost of material ,lead, shifting as per the instructed by Engineer - in - charge.

Cut to size (400mm wide) and Fixing 18mm thick , mirror polished, ,full round nosing on both side in locations as directed by the enginner in charge laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse Sand) joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, molding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. Complete at all Levels as per the instructed by Engineer - in - charge. (Granite will be provided by IIIT Sri City)rest all material including cement ,Sand etc by the Bidders
