Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description or thickness/ chipping of cement concrete in any situation from brick or concrete surface including raking out of joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to received new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting / galvalume sheets / polycarbonate sheet, any gauge, thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work/aluminium work including doors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof slab padding, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface by thoroughly wire brushed ,washed ,dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matters and dust ,and applying bituminous primer @250gms/sqm , and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyster matt as reinforced weighing not less than 4.00kg per sqm , laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm longitudnal and 150mm on transverse direction. All angles and similiar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm/30cm x 30 cmx 20 mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and pigment over screed bed 20 mm thick of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses (tubular, angle, square and rectangular etc ) including shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 for round tubes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/tile pattern steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying and pasting of bituminous strip of width 10 cm of make 3M, BASF, Dr.Fixit, Forsroc or equivalent on joints of galvalume sheet & RCC surfaces including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing of screw holes in roofing sheets with PU sealent of make Forsroc, McCoy Soudal or equivalent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified, the snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non-asbestos fiber cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber, GI/aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old/new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
