M&L for complete removal of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/chajjas of building including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded aggregate in padding for WPT over roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4, mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces without using extra cement as in roof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for preparing clean and dried plastered surface and applying a coat of oil based bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.30 litrs/sqm and then laying APP polymer modified membrane 3.5mm thick with non woven polyster reinforced membrane (min 3.50 kg/sqm) having thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane and laid by torch application method to the entire surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

Taking out existing unserviceable plaster, loose unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing surface of RCC roof slab/ RCC facia/ beams/ columns/ RCC chajja, average depth 25mm (approximate 6.5 mtrs height from natural GL) with power driven pneumatic chiesel and removal of debries upto a distence 500 mtrs out side MD land including saw cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of cavaties and roughening of smooth surface, scraping out and removing corrosion and all loose scales, rust etc. from the visible reinforcement and cleaning the steel reinforecement properly providing NIT zink primer, Zink primer on visible reinforcement surface to form a contineous film and preparing the surface to recive concrete of epoxy grouting mortar etc. including providing necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying bonding coat of modified styrene butadene emulsion in proportion 1 part (bonding agent) : 1 part (water) : 3 part (OP cement) by volume with the brushes etc. to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with oldsurface including removal of loose/ distengrated old concrete/ plaster including preparation of surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 25-35mm average thickness plaster on ceiling slab and chajja projections, facia and beams with polymer modified mortar firtified with SBR in proportion 1 part (cement) : 3 part (sand) by weight of cement with 11 to 15 ltrs water addition, finishing surface to match with existing adjoining surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type C-2,1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection finishes even and fair without using extra cement finishing exposed edges fair for rounding and in phase every 2 mtr for length and joint shall be finsihed with bitumen and sand mixtures 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of roofs (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removing the tank exc 250 but n exc 500 ltr over roof and re-fixing in the same position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and exc 250 but n exc 500 litre capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded water storage tank 750 ltr capacity double layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with PVC cover thread with suitable lock arrangments and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ celling including raking out joint , haking for key scrubing with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and setting coat 5mm thick CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with WPC in external surface of wall including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed . Note:- WPC measured and paid in revalent item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per tem No 24 here in before but 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm dia steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per tem No 26 here in before but 20 mm dia.

Dismantling for plian or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in posts and pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS framed works as in purline, rafters, column square/rectangular, round or angle section, fixed with and including iron cleats or other connected plates flate iron wind ties etc incl bending of MS section as requried such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of barsshouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre- painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to steel members of weight not exceeding 4 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 125mm long heavy weight cold rolled mild steel hinges and fixed to frame with screwed or welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described including preparation , priming with zinc chromate and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
