Changing of the above components in existing panel by removing of old damaged components, changing of power & control wiring ,ferrule, thimble etc.

Providing the exhaust fan for cooling the APFC panel

Fixing and making connection of bus bar for connection of 2500Amp. ACB size 100x10mm including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Testing & commissioning of the APFC panel with relevant IS as follow: - Check equipments specification - Continuity and ear thing -MCCB mechanism and alignment -Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. - All functional tests -Checking for all tightness of nuts and bolts -Setting of APFC relay parameters to achieve target PF -Alignments of doors etc. -interlocking tests
