Forest clearance and Demarcation/survey of land For construction work

Detailed route survey, profiling and alignment in report format and abstaining approval for the same from PTCUL, Preparation of forest land transfer proposal as per Van (Sanrakshan evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam 1980 with amendments made in 1988 and 2023 and in line with consolidated guidelines and clarifications issued by MoEF from time to time for diversion forest land including obtaining all required approvals from central/state govt., all certificates/NOC required in forest proposal, all NOC under Forest Rights Act 2005, search of compensatory afforestation land and completing all forest clearance/diversion formalities in all respects in 05+02 copies along with submission of the same on the PARIVESH 2.0 portal and preparation and submission of reply or queries/essential details sought by forest department (if any) after submission of forest case till final approval of forest case, tree cutting and approval to start the work at site after principle approval, complete in all respect to start the work at site for following line- (i) LILO of 400 kV Vishnuparayag-Muzaffarnagar line (From 29°45'28.76''N, 78°26'18.11''E To 29°45'28.92''N, 78°26'25.42''E approx. 0.2 Kms.) (ii) LILO of 132 kV S/C Padartha-Kotdwar Line (From 29°45'48.97''N, 78°25'48.54''E To 29°45'25.74''N, 78°26'29.37''E approx. 1.60 Kms.) (iii) LILO of 132 kV D/C Satpuli-Kotdwar Line (From 29°46'58.50''N,78°27'08.88''E to 29°45'25.92''N, 78°26'29.89'' E approx. 3.5 Kms. (The length of proposed 400 kV & 132 kV Transmission lines is tentative & may vary during survey of the lines.)

Demarcation of Transmission Line Corridor with RCC pillars, at corridor center of height 0.60m (0.15m x0.15m size) at every 50m interval as per direction of site in charge.
