Attending to transformer complaint 24 hrs of capacity upto 1250 KVA tripping including meggaring of the cables and checking the physical condition of the transformer and assessing the physical condition and checking oil level, conducting electrical LT testing like, measuring of IR values, ratio test, magnetic balance test, oil BDV test to assess the healthness of the windings and if found statiafactory, then connections of the cable terminations and make arrange for charging the transformer.If transformer is found faulty, then recommend for the further repair/rewinding works to be carried out to put back the transformer into service.

All as per item No. 01 above, but for transformer capacity 1500 KVA to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV

Overhauling of transformers of capacity upto 1250 KVA openning of top cover in situ or at wksp by unscrewing all nuts, bolts & washers, draining out transformer oil upto required level and keeping in clean container for repair/replacement of HT/LT bushings, tap changer, physical check of any defects, for lifting of core assy, for cleanning/repair and refixing top cover complete with RC 70 C rubberised cork sheet gusket sheet , existing/new nuts, bolts & washers for transformer indoor/outdoor type,the transformer to be put inside the hearting chamber for IR values imporvement, refilling of oil for transformer all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) HT/LT bushings, studs, tap changers required new shall be mesured separately here-in-after (b) Silicon oil proof gusket shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (c) Transportation and loading and unloading charges to be measured and paid included.(d) Connection/ disconnection of LT/HT cable, earth strip charges are included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No. 03 above, but for transformer capacity 1500 KVA to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV Note for item Nos. 3 & 4:- (a) New transformer oil to be bought in company sealed ISI marked container with test certificate (b) Filtration /dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and required pipe connection from filter machine to transformer shall be made and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (c) Necessary filter/dehydration plant having pressure gauge, hour meter, temperaturature gauge to be brought at site by contractor and to be kept permanently inside ND (V) till completion of work and rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate. In any condition, in-out of the filter machine during the progress of the work will not be allowed. (d) Transformer oil test report before and after dehydration/filtration shall be submitted duly authnenticated by authorised licensed person/agency.

Material and labour for filtration/dehydration transformer oil of transformer voltage grade 11/0.415 KV, capacity 200 KVA to 3000 KVA indoor/outdoor type, floor mounted insitu till achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV at 2.5mm gap all as specified and directed.

M & L for topping up/replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 60 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Make – GULF/Castrol/ HP /IOC /Savita /Power.

Supply only transformer epoxy bushing outdoor/indoor type suitable for 11 KV grade complete of transformer capacity 500KVA to 1250 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. (Transformer bushings shall be compitable model with make and model of existing transformer)

All as per item No. 07 above, but for transformer capacity 1500 KVA to 2500 KVA, 11/0.415 KV

Supply only transformer epoxy bushing outdoor/indoor type suitable for 1100 volts grade complete of transformer capacity 500KVA to 1250 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. (Transformer bushings shall be compitable model with make and model of existing transformer)

All as per item No. 9 above, but for transformer capacity 1500 KVA to 2500 KVA, 11/0.415 KV

Supply only brass stud with accessories suitable for HT 11000 volts grade insulator with con & rubber washer, double brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for TR cap 500-1250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 above, but for transformer capacity 1500 KVA to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV

Supply only brass stud suitable for LT 1100 volts grade insulator with con & rubber washer, double Brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for TR cap 500-1250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 above, but for transformer capacity 1500 KVA to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV

M & L for replacement of silica gel grains in the breather assembly of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of breather assembly made with polycarbonate base and clear acylic glass of size to accommodate 1.0 kg of silica gel for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of transformer temperature gauge dial type having temp range 0 to minimum 120 degree celsius complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of transformer explosion vent gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out manually repairable/ serviceable transformer of capacity 500-2000 KVA from its position upto road n. exc 50 mtr and transportation by vehicle to other location n. exc 2 KM inside Dockyard incl all cable/earth connections all as specified and directed. Note: a) Rates for dismentling of HT/LT cable & earthing and reconnection after installation deemed to be included in the quoted rate, (b) Necessary crane for lifting of transformer and vehicle for transportation shall be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for core & chamber cleaning by lifting up carefully transformer core after dismentling carefully terminal connections from core to HT/LT bushings, tap changer assy, drainout all oil and keeping in clean container, flushing with transformer oil for cleaning of core/winding, cleaning of transformer tank by removing all sludges, re-install core with tapchanger, all connection complete all as specified and directed for the transformer 500 to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer. Note:- (a) Opening of top cover, nuts, bolts & washers, HT/LT busings, brash rods, de-hydration/topping up of oil as required, shall be mesured separately under appropriate item, (b) The work shall be carried out inside dockyard, (c) Transformer oil used for flushing shall be retained and re-used vide item No-1, (d) Empty transformer oil containers shall be arranged by the contractor and inclusive of quoted rate.

M & L for rewinding of HV/LV coil after lifting up carefully transformer core after dismentling carefully terminal connections from winding to tap changer assy and to HT/LT bushings, drainout all oil and keeping in clean container, dismentling core, dismentling all HT & LT coils from core for rewinding, testing and reassembling complete with HT/LT coils to core, required necessary numax paper insulation, insulating press board, precompressed board off sizes, vernishing, heating to achive insulation level not less than 1000 megaohms at both HT & LT side, core at transformer chamber, tap changer assy, terminal connection, refilling of oil complete for the transformer capacity 500 to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer. Note:- Opening of top cover, Rewinding of HT/LT coils, transformer oil, nuts, bolts & washers, HT/LT busings, required new mesured separately under appropriate item

M&L for rewinding of HT coils suitable for 11000 volts grade with new DPC/super enamelled copper wire having Class-F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 200-3000 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of LT coils suitable for 1100 volts grade with new DPC /super enamelled copper strip having Class-F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 200-3000 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of LT coils suitable for 1100 volts grade with existing DPC /super enamelled copper strip having Class-F insulation as per existing turns for capacity of transformer 200-3000 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of off load Tap changer assy incl rotating wheel having 7 position of transformer including dismentling and taking out old unserviceable one and dismentling all winding terminal connections and reconnection after replecement complete upto transformer cap 3000 KVA 11/0.415 KV all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of buchholz relay incl necessary electric connection to siren/panel complete upto transformer cap 750 to 3000 KVA 11/0.415 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of winding temperature meter and oil temperature meter dial type including connection cable from transformer and buchholz relay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and taking out buchholz relay, overhauling, servicing, cleaning and refixing to transformer original position and testing for proper functioning including complete connection with temperature sensor cable and electric connection all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning & painting of HV terminal box by dismentling of HT 3 core cable connection from transformer HT 11 KV side, cleaning & painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of complete HT cable box inside, cleaning of HT cable kit with suitable cleaning agent, Checking for any loose cable end terminals and replace as necessary and crimping with suitable tools, refixing to transformer, sealing of space between cable and cable box hole using suitable packing material, connection of cable earth terminal to specified point incl testing all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning & painting of LV terminal box by dismentling of LT 4 core cable connection from transformer LV side, cleaning & painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of complete LV cable box inside, cleaning of all LV cable kit with suitable cleaning agent, Checking for any loose cable end terminals and replace as necessary and crimping with suitable tools, refixing to transformer, sealing of space between cable and cable box hole using suitable media, connection of cable earth terminal to specified point including fixing of required copper strip for LT cable connection testing all as specified and directed. Note :- Copper strip shall be measured as supply only

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe/duct or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. using required nut, bolt & washers as per site requirement of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip including taking down unserviceable one from conduit/pipe/duct complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 33 above, but of size 40x6mm galvanised iron strip including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical Plate No. 2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 80mm thick with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, Funnel with watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around earth plate including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion after dismentling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for by weekly cleaning of entire substation building inside wall, ceiling, floor and outside wall, plith protection with suitable brush / broom & wiper, removing wild vegitation around entire substation all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Recovery shall be made double the quotaed rate if timely cleaning is not carried out) (ii) Each sub station cleaning measured as one job.

Supply & fix adhetive compurised cut sticker blue back ground with white letter of sticker size 100x400 mm on body of transformer showing Capacity of Transformer in KVA and M/C No. all as specified and directed.

S&F of HT heat shrink cable end termination for cable sizes 240 to 300 Sqmm, 3.0 core, 11000 volts grade by cutting out damaged portion of XLPE insulated cable ends including disconnection cable from ACB/MCCB/Bus bar and reconnection with existing/new stainless steel bolts of size not less than 16mm dia and 40mm long. Make - 3M Cat No. MHI/Ox1.1KV (HESL-5/4C) or equivalent of Denson/M seal/RPG all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 36 above, but for cable sizes 400 Sqmm. Make - 3M Cat No. MHI/Ox1.1KV (HESL-5/4C) or equivalent of Denson/M seal/RPG all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete painting of transformer outer surface in situ/wksp with one coat of synthetic enamel paint using sprayer for transformer capacity 500-2000 KVA after prliminary preparation of old painted surface . (Note : (i) During process of painting, transformer will be under shut down for the period and the rate deemed to be included for running the sprayer machine with alternative arrangement by contractor. (ii) After completion of painting HT/LT outdoor bushing, cable termination joint, oil inspection glass, meters and name plates to be made clean using volatile cleanner) complete all as specified and directed.
