Conducting digital Survey Investigation and drawing of road map and design of Distribution network for the Bharanikkavu Panchayaths, (appro: 65 km), soil testing, design, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of RCC OHSR 9.00 Lakh litres capacity at Kunnilmukku in Bharanikkavu Panchayath ( staging height 18.4m and water depth 4m),including supplying and fixing of inlet, outlet, overflow, & scour vertical pipes with necessary valve & specials construction of RCC stair case with SS hand rails, construction of valve chambers, Filling and levelling the premises with contractor’s own earth, providing lightning Arrestor, mechanical water level indicator, air vents, man hole covers, stainless steel ladder from roof to enter in to tank and connecting with gravity main and distribution main, scour and over flow etc.,electromagnetic flow meter at outlet of OHSR and construction of compound wall, Supply of Pipes and Specials, Cutting Roads, Excavation in all kind of Soil, Laying and jointing the Pipe lines, providing House Connection, Testing, Road Restoration, Trial Running and Commissioning of Distribution System & Connected works in Bharanikkavu Panchayaths. ( Appro Pipe sizes 90mm PVC-30000m,110mm PVC- 4000m, 160mm-25000m,200mm DI – 2600m,250 mm DI-2600m, 300 mm Di-1500m, 450mm DI-650m, 500 mm Di-500m, 600 mm Di-1000m, 100mmMS-50m, 150mm MS-80m, 200mm MS-30m, 250 mm-40m, 300mm-40m, 450mm-20m, 500mm-10m,600mm-30m,20mm PE 80, PN16 -24920m) Providing necessary PVC saddle, 15mm Brass Ferrule, 15mm FTA SS threaded, 15mm Brass Nipple 15mm Gate Valve, 15mm MTA SS threaded, UPVC ball valve 20 mm, 15 mm PP Elbows, Brass Threaded couplings, 15 mm Multi jet Water meter, Water Meter box etc for each connection (Approximate number of connections to be provided is 23472 nos). PE pipes having IS 4984-2016 or latest shall be used for providing FHTC ,15 mm PVC tap fixing on 20 mm UPVC pipes Class 6 shall be used to provide tap connection with necessary fittings such as elbow, FTA , supporting PVC pipe, concreting etc and Geo tagging of each connection.
