Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract of 80 KVA UPS 3 phase In 1 phase out capacity UPS installed at AIMSS chamiana for the period of one year.The scope of work will include the following

Inspection of UPS set i/e replacement /repair of fuses/capacitors IGBT/mosfet/BJT panel /card/converter/inverter part/battery inspection )12 no. visits @ 1no. Per month)

comprehensive Maintenance consists of measures to maintain the equipment in a proper operating condition. Preventive maintenaace includes functional checking, necessary, adjustrments, etc. Preventive maintenance to be carried out at times planned in advance and during/after working hours

Breakdown rectification is to be carried out in the event of malfunction, which prevent the operation of the equipment. Work to be carried out during the service coverage time as per the AMC contract/SOS basis. Breakdown includes fault finding, repair or replacement of defective parts and functional checking. Defective parts discovered during maintenance can either be repaired or replaced by new or as new-parts. Spares replaced should be of the same make

In addition to above the contractor/appointed technician will attend the complaint when there is fault in UPS set with in 12 hours.It will be responsibillity of the contractor that the UPS functions smoothly during the contract period..
