Providing and erecting thrie beam crash barriers comprising of the following three factory made units viz 1) thrie beam 2) spacer block 3) vertical Post. The thrie beam 3mm thick cold rolled formed guard rail raw material conforming to IS-5986-2011 with minimum grade 255 and with minimum yeild stress of 255 Mps which is fixed by bolted connection to spacer block C- channel of size 150mm x 75mm and 5mm thick, 54.6cm height spaced 2mt. C/C fixed to a vetrical post C Channelof Size 150mm x 75mm and 5mm thick cold rolled formed section made from HR Colis raw material confoming to IS-5986-2011 with minimum grade 255 and with minimum yield stress of 255Mpa with 85cms free height above road or ground level, and embedded to 115cms deep in cemnet concrete block of size 35cm x 35cm x 115cm or as directed by Engineer in charge, assembled and fixed as per drawings of MORT & H Circular No.RW/NH/33022/1/94-DO/111 dated 24/06/1994 and construction operation as per 811 or relevant MORT & H SPECFICATIONS FOR Roads & Bridge WORKS (Latest Edition). All fittings (bolts, nuts,fasterners,washers etc), shall be conforming to IS:1367 & IS:1364 and dgalvanised by hot dip zinc coated process @0.55kg/M² conforming to relevant IS specifications all etc complete from 6.050km to Ch.6.440km.

1.2mt. Height fencing with 1.20mt. RC.C. posts of standard 30 design placed at 3mt. apart embedded in cement concrete blocks, corner, end & every 10th post to be strutted with 9 horizontal lines & two daigonals of barbed wire 9.33kg/100mt. minimum between two posts, fitted and fixed with G.I. stapples on wooden plug tied to 6mm bar nib with binding wire (cost of posts, struts, earthwork and concrete to be paid separately). a) G.I.
