Careful removal of dead/disintegrated weathering course over the terrace of Potu located inside the temple. Including careful removal of clay tiles, loose concrete and disposing the same away from the monument Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Water tightening the terrace by providing brick jelly lime concrete(1:2:4) (1lime:2Sand:4brick aggregate of size 20mm) to an average depth of 15cm with proper camber by ramming and consolidating and providing 20mm thick plastering the top with Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing 20mm thick plastering over the top of terrace with Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing pointing with Lime surkhi Motor (1:1:1) to close the large gaps formed in the inside flooring around garbhagriha of temple Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Restoration of the damaged brick parapet and water tightening by removing the loose layers, cleaning the surface, and laying the bricks with fresh lime mortar as per the existing pattern with special made bricks of size (23.00 x 15.00 x 5.00CMs) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Careful removal of wreckage of fallen prakara wall at Northern side towards North-West corner of the temple by stacking of useful materials for re-use and disposing the waste materials away from the monument Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Reconstruction of veneering stone portion of fallen Prakara wall with 75% available stones and 25% new granite Veneering stones of size (90 to 120cm length), (45 to 90 cm width) and (23 to 30cm thickness) in LM (1:2) and pointing the stone joints in same mortar Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Re-filling of core wall in between the veneer walls with brick masonry using country bricks of size 23x11x 7cm in Lime mortar 1:2 as per the existing pattern Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Reconstruction of the brick parapet wall and coping over stone portion with special made bricks of size (23.00x15.00x5.00CMs) in LM(1:2) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Removal of undulated and damaged stone flooring and laying of new Granite stone flooring/apron with a neatly dressed stones of varying sizes from 90 to 120cm length, 45 to 60cm width and a thickness of not less than 10cm over a bed of Brick jelly Lime concrete (1:2:4) of average 100mm thick and filling the joints with lime mortar (1:2) and curing Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

De-silting of Ancient Tank/Koneru by removing the deposited earth and sludge. Including excavation, disposal of waste away from the monument Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Removal of accumulated Debris mixed with stone boulders in and around koneru and stacking the useful structural members for re-use. Resetting of disturbed steps of koneru by removing the loose/fallen portions after proper documentation and resetting the same as per original structure in lime mortar (1:1:1) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Repairing/ welding work to damaged grill gate at entrance of the koneru. Including fixing the gate with 2 nos of 100x50mm MS beams Vertical posts fixed in PCC (1:3:6) blocks size (0.3x0.3x0.45m). Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cutting in to required sizes, assembling, welding and dressing, fixing in position with hinges and providing handle with lock and Key mechanism, and painting in two coats over a primary coat of red oxide Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Replacing the damaged chain link fencing frames around the Ancient Tank/Koneru chain link fencing of size (2.50x1.20 m) using 50x50mm 8gauge GI chain link with 40x40x4 MS angle all around and 2nos of MS flat of size 25x3mm along the diagonals. And Frame is to be fixed to the supporting L angle (available in site) in PCC (1:3:6) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing re-painting to the chain link fencing of temple and koneru using synthetic enamel paint in two coats over a base coat of primer by scrapping and cleaning the old rusted Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.

Supply and fixing of Vitreous Enamel, All Weather Proof, porcelain base, ceramic coated “Protected, Prohibited and regulated area Notice Boards (PNB/PANB/RANB)” made out of 16- gauge thick CRCA mild steel sheet, support frame of MS flat 30x4 mm and enameled as per approved text and design. Provided with rust proof galvanized supporting angle stand of size 50x50x6mm, 2750mm long with nut, bolt and washers & welded hold-past at bottom and embedded in cement concrete in (1:2:4) of size 30x30x45 cm complete. Size of board - 900mm height x 600 mm width (PNB:1 No.s, PANB: 2 No.s, RANB: 2 No.s; = Total 5 No.s) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge.
