Supply and fix in repair Screw type hermetically sealed compressor with base frame of capacity 180 TR of Air Cooled chiller type AC plant (of make Voltas Model No : D000004) comprising following JOB:- (i) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R - 134 A gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 250 psi & LP - 45 psi shall be included in quoted rate. (iv) Charging of complete Lubricating Oil for screw type compressor (Mineral oil SUILE BSE 170 as per Manufecturars recommendation) shall be included in quoted rate. (v) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit. (vi) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. (Make:- Bitzer compressor Model No : CSH 1893-140Y-40P or equivalent compitible model of make as per Voltas manufacturer recommendation & & approved by the GE.) The compressor shall be of the screw design, with following accessories. (a) Oil level switch min/max OLC-DIS (b) Discharge shut off valve (c) Suction shut off valve (d) Shut off valve for Eco with muffler (e) Liquid injection with integrated nozzle (f) Bridges for DOL starter (g) Vibration dampers (h) Motor protection SEI1 (200V-690V) (j) Alternative Motor Connection

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of end suction & top discharge type centrifugal pumps back pull out type for chilled water re-circulation, complete with cast iron body, bronze impeller complete with mechanical seals, TEFC squirrel cage high efficiency induction motor, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings i.e. flexible connectors (bellows) at inlet & outlet connections, mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring/rubber type mounting of resistoflex make as specified of the following capacities and shall be suitable for operation on 415±10% Volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC supply. The Pumps shall be insulated with Nitrile Rubber with suitable thickness, including taking down old Pump & motor and deposited in Store yard of AGE E&M.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Primary Pump set of capacity 11 KW, 406 USGPM (Make : GRUNDFOS or equivalent make recommend by OEM & approved by the GE.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Secondary Pump set of capacity 11 KW, 486 USGPM (Make : GRUNDFOS or equivalent make recommend by OEM & approved by the GE.)

Supply & fixing in repair temp sensor & Humidistats to operate Scada system of Air conditioining Plant installed at CSU all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Model: QFM2160, 0-10 Volt DC for 2o Miliamp Analog output Make: Siemens or equivalent to Johnson Control, Scheinder & approved by the GE.
