REPAIR TO CERTAIN BUILDING WITH ALLIED SERVICES AT ALG ZIRO UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Material and labour for Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for lying floor finishes after dismantling of old floor tiles incluidng cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the Stn premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 350 mmx 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for fixing wall tiles after dismantling of old wall tiles including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the Stn premises complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kajaria, Somany, Orient and equivalent.

Material and labour for Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in Skirting, Dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 12 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) for lying floor finishes after dismantling of old floor tiles including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the Stn premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with locally available best quality sub class "B" old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks locally available built in cement mortar 1:6 as in Manhole etc complete including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 externally on other than fair faces of brick work and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats cement base paint over a suitable primer after preparation of newely plastered wall or concrete surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for anodised aluminium snap grid framework for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ nserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick externally on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including water oroofing compound @ 2% on top layer of 5mm thick complete all as specified including taking down cement plaster, any description on bricks or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4), in patches not exc.3.0 Sqm in each patch other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty after preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
