Providing discharge meter of standard make to be fixed on the rising main in pump house as per the directions of the Engineer in charge as per Is:2373:1981 with upto date amendments.
Installation of all the items apparing as per the syatematic drawing.
Providing and fixing double flanged MS/GI piping work (Layout to be approved by the Engineer in charge) for suction and delivery pipes suitable to pump(s) offered and common header as per the R/Main respectively complete with all specials such as bends, tees, reducers. Increasers with companions flanges matching with the relevant specifications of the accessories including rubber/asbestos gasket of minimum 3mm thckness as per IS:2712:1979 and required number of nuts and bolts as per Is:1364:1983, The Pipes fittings and joints shall be as per relevant IS code & to withstand 1.5 times total head stipulated under item No.12. The size of the various components to be as under:a) Suction pipe : One dia higher then the suction of pump offered and suitable to keep the velocity of flow from 1 to 1.5M/second in the suction pipe
b) Delivery pipe: One dia higher then the delivery of the pump offered and suitable to keep the velocity of flow from 1.5 to 2M/second in the delivery pipe.
c) Common header : One dia higher then delivery of pump will extend upto 5 meters from the outer wall of the pump house in the direction to be jointed.
Providing and laying copper PVC insulated arsoured power cable (One cable carrying all the three phases) of suitable size and capacity to motors and all other electircal equipments as per IS:1554(P-I) 1988 or latest ith upto date ammendments of siemens/GLOSTER /IEC/ICC/EICO/NATIONAL/GRANDLAY make including all other accessories such as thinbles, flexible pipes,solders,nuts and bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. (a) Motor side (From switch to starter and starter to motor)
(b) Supply side (From Meter of HPSEB to bus bar and switch)
Providing and fixing double loop earthing with copper plate 600mmx600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such thimbles nuts and charcoal and common salt, 25mmx5mm copper strips as per IS:3043:1987 with upto date ammendments for motors and other electrical equipments and digging of pits etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and Fixing Aquamet Multi Jet Class B, Inferential type, Dry Dial Water Meter with end connectors in brass as per ISS 779:1994 and conforming to ISO - 4064 class B of already installed Domestic Connection in the Town with PVC meter dirt box having ready made holes, rubber gasket with saddle and supports and union including freight charges, connection charges complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Flying Surveying along the alignment of proposed rising main, gravity main & distribution network through Urban/hilly terrain/thickly populated and congested area etc. for preparing L-Section and plan with the help of total station including designing of network with computer software and presenting design data and design results on drawings prepared on "Auto CAD" format and supplying the same through soft copy and hard copy ( six sets each zone).(Item shall only be executed with prior approval of Engineer - In - Charge.
AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The Firm / Tenderer should automate the entire project which comprises of all the phases (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4, Phase 5, Phase 6) and it should include Percolation well, Tubewells, Centrifugal Machinery and Instrumentation products till MBR level. The plan of the whole scheme for automation is also to be prepared by the firm, the cost of which has been included in the relevant items. Provision of Main SCADA system in central control room which will control all the pumps and instrumants and access should be given to 10 Users. IOT based devices shall be installed at each tank of every stage which shall send messages through SCADA stations . This data transmission system at each tank of pump station consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system module communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. Installation of hardware along with commissioning / programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm / contractor will provide the Bulk metering at Water Treatment Plants The automation of the entire scheme upto main storage tank shall also include the followingsa).The automation system should include Electro Magnetic Flow meters, Ultrasonic level transmitters, Water Quality Analysers like PH, Turbidity, Residual Chlorine, TDS. The automation system installed at above / aforesaid locations should be theft proof and proper ventilation arrangements be made complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge and also firm should include operation and maintenance of complete SCADA system and Instrumentation products for the firm / contactor shall submit complete proposal for automation and got approved from competent authority. Operation and Maintenance for 5 Years:- Operation and maintenancce of scheme from source to Tail end of the scheme in proper working condition. O & M includes the regular i.e., daily supply of designed / required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply standard / protocol to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main storage / delivery tank, from source to Pump House, Main and sector storage tanks at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines. Gravity Lines and entire distribution system alongwith maintenance of automised system of scheme. Regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out / damaged part of pumping machinery. pipe line, valves and electrical, Mechanical requirements, regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks, sumpwells, intakes, channels, collection / distribution channels / pump house etc. and the disposal of the same as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge. It includes fixing / repairing / leakage in structure, channel, pipe line, pumping machinery etc. & proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples and required stages of treatment. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinery, removal of all akind of slips, slush, uprooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers / trees around the Pump Houses / Storage tanks / Sump wells etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in - charge. It includes the cost of procurement of edequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationary and any other material etc. required for O & M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment ( with latest addition (HPPWD / HPJSV specifications, HPJSV Department norms and directions issued by the Engineer - in - Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices Phase Ist:- 1st Year's O & M
