Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Frangible Wind Direction Indicator for aviation with external lighting arrangement, obstruction light (LED), wind cone as per ICAO requirement and suitable RCC foundation including base plate, template, J-bolts, pipe for cable entry as recommended by the OEM of the Frangible mast complete as required. (The lighting arrangement shall be suitable for working at 230V , 50 Hz AC supply.)

Dismantling of existing Wind Direction Indicator from site and shifting the wind direction indicator to store/dismantle area as required by EIC.

Retrieving existing underground cable not exceeding 35sq.mm and DWC pipe not exceeding OD 63 mm by excavation in any kind of soil with depth upto 1.2 m including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with good soil after retrieval of cable/pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters.Excavation shall be carried out by manual means whereever directed by AAI.

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc.. complete as required. (DWC pipe will be provided by AAI).Excavation shall be carried out by manual means whereever directed by AAI. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “B” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB / SMC box etc., complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Triple pole and neutral

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 10 sq. mm (25mm)

Supply of 4C X 10 sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 part-1 1988 upto date amendments etc.. complete as required

Supply of 3.5C X 35 sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 part-1 1988 upto date amendments etc.. complete as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.Excavation shall be carried out by manual means whereever directed by AAI.

Supply and laying of 50mm GI pipe (medium class) in ground etc.. complete as required.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Enginnering-in-charge nominal concrete 1:2:4 or richer mix.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C X 35 Sq.mm

Embedding 63mm dia (OD 63mm & ID 51mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked conforming to IS 14930, Part-II complete in foundation(during casting) to cable entry inculding bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 cum coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for foundation etc including form work etc as required

SITC of SMC Junction box of size 300 x 200 x 125 mm having following (i) 4-pole 40A heavy duty connector - 1No (ii) DIN rail for the mounting one TPN MCB - 1 No, (iii) (5-32A) B- Curve TPN MCB - 1No, Suitable for accommodating 2 runs of 3.5C x 35sq.mm cable and quoted cost shall include cost of required foundation and installation on ground with suitable supports as approved by the EIC complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Repairing the existing earth pits by demolishing existing masonry enclosure and providing RCC enclosure of 1:2:4 grade (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) reinforced with steel rods 8mm dia in a pattern approved by AAI, providing hinged MS cover of minimum 8 mm thickness good engineering practice including, painting the earth pit portion above ground and cover plate, numbering the same, providing and fixing suitable funnel, removing of debris etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
