PROVIDING OHSR AND TRANSMISSION PIPE LINE TO GUNDUBOGULAVARI GROUP IN ANTERVEDI DEVASTANAM GP IN SAKHINETIPALLI MANDAL IN DR.B.R.AMBEDKAR KONASEEMA DISTRICT

Construction of 60000 Lts. capacity OHSR with 9.8 Mts. staging with raft foundation including plastering with CM (1:3) two coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces and three coats of epoxy paint to inner surface of the reservoir including roof down lettering as per departmental direction, fixing of all required fixtures CI D/F pipes, Verticles, Valves, Execution as per design and drawing supplied by department including the cost and conveyance of all materials. but excluding cost of CI pipes,specials and valves for vertical connections for a wind pressure of 150 Kg. per Sqm (using M30 grade concrete) with the following Fixtures including:Contractor Profit 13.615% and A)RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide. B) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200KL. Above 200KL capacity dog legged staircase shall be provided with staircase flight width of 1.0 mts and landing width of 1.20 mts with S.S. railing upto 1.0 height. C) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthing etc., D) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. E) D.I Menholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty)-2Nos. F) Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite / copper float approved pattern -1No. G) The ladder shall be with M.S. ladder and Verticals with HDPE of 10kg/Sqcm shall be provided for single column OHSRs only. H) Minimum staging for all ELSR/OHSR shall be 10.0mts. I) The increase in staging shall be at 1.0mt interval. J) The railing provided to the gallery and stair case shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20 mts. K) The dog legged staircase shall be enclosed with brick/CRS wall on three sides and front side with M.S. collapsible gate upto 1st brace level from ground level to prevent unauthorized entry. L) D.I. swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. M) The above rates are exclusive of all inlet, outlet connection and valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour of ELSRs shall be D.I. valves of heavy duty confirming to the specification of SoR item No. 28 All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification [email protected] T/Sqm

Construction of pipelines for water supply with 90mm dia 6 Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS Specifications, with its amendments and revisions thereon including supplying of pipes,necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation of size 0.7m x 1.0 m with manually for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical specifications (Part-B, Volume-I) and as per drawing (Part-C, Volume-1). The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding GST and Seigniorge charges, including overheads and including contractor's profit @ 13.615%
