Providing and fixing in position Check in counters of size 1000 X 892 X 1200 mm as per approved drawing AAI-CHD-01-R & AAI-CHD-A02-R, made up of 19 mm thick Boiling water proof block board (Merino, century, greenply or approved equivalent) with complete exterior finish surface of 12 mm thick solid acrylic (Corian/ LG/ Staron/ Hanex/ Tristone) of colour G101 & S025 of LG hausys or any other approved equivalent colour combination and interior finish with 1 mm thick siede/gloss finish laminate of approved colour and pattern (greenlam/merino/centrury of approved equivalent) with all necessary frame works/ stainless steel screws/ SS hinges/ telescopic channels for drawers/ handles/ locks/ bottom support/ necessary cutouts/ wire manager etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge. The complete work includes construction of frame work with 19mm block board, fixing of solid acrylic with necessary moulding of edges, fixing of laminate, drawers, shutters and all necessary hardware and placing in position of complete counter. CHD-IMM-A01-R & CHD-IMM-A02-R, made of 19mm thick Boiling water proof block board/ 18mm thick (BWP) (Merino, Century, Greenply of approved equivalent) Marine plywood with complete exterior finish surface of 12 mm thick solid acrylic (corian/ LG/Staron/ Hanex/ Tristone) of colour G101 & S101 of LG Hausys or any other approved equivalent colour combination & Interior finish with 1mm thick laminate (greenlam/Merino/ century of approved equivalent) in suede/ gloss finish of approved colour and pattern with all necessary frame work of block board, Stainless Steel Screws, SS Hinges, telescopic channels for drawer handle, locks, bottom support, necessary cutouts, wire manager etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge. The flooring is to be provided with PVC flooring. The complete work includes Construction of frame work, fixing of solid acrylic with necessary moulding of edges, fixing of laminate, drawers, shutters & all necessary hardware and placing in position of complete counter. Providing and fixing in position stamping table and pedestal as per approved drawing of AAI, made of 19mm thick Boiling water proof block board (Merino, Century, Greenply or approved equivalent) having stamping table exterior exposed surface finished with 12 mm thick solid acrylic (Corian/ LG / Staron Hanex/ Treestone) of colour G101 & S025 S101 of LG housys or any other approved equivalent colour combination as and pedstal sides having 12 mm thick solid acrylic (Corian LG Staron Hanx) of colour G101 and S101/ S025 of LG housys or equivalent in combination along with 18 to 20 mm thick flamed granite of approved colour at top of pedestal, all complete as per drawing and direction of engineer in-charge. The rate should be inclusive of making complete frame work all necessary screws, accessories, fixing of solid acrylic necessary moulding of edges of granite and solid acrylic flaming of granite. Note: Please refer the particular specifications, drawings and tentative pictograph attached in Tender Document at page PS-11 to PS-14.

Providing and fixing table for inspection table near security check of size 1250 X 750 X 800 mm made with 19 mm thick boiling water proof block board (Merino, century, greenply or approved equivalent) with 12mm thick acrylic solid surface of make (Corian/ LG /Staron/ Hanex/ Treestone or equivalent) of colour G101 & S025/S101 of LG housys or any other approved equivalent colour combination on three sides and suitable opening in the fourth side with shutter and shelves as approved by engineer- in charge. The openable shutter of the table in should to be finished with 1mm thick laminate (Merino, Century, Greenply or approved equivalent) of approved color and pattern. The top of the table to be provided with 18 to 20mm thick mirror polish granite of approved shade and color as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Please refer the particular specifications, drawings and tentative pictograph attached in Tender Document at page PS-15 to PS-18.

Providing and placing Barricade with pedestal made up of 19mm thick boiling water proof block board (Merino, Century, Greenply or approved equivalent) having exterior exposed surface finished with 6 mm thick solid acrylic surface of make (Corian/ LG / Staron Hanex/ Treestone) of colour G101 & S025 S101 of LG housys or any other approved equivalent colour combination with solid base etc. complete. Note: 1. Note: Please refer pictograph attached at page no. PS-19 in Tender Document. 2. For payment purpose, the outer area of solid acrylic surface will be measured in sqm upto two decimals.

Providing and fixing Ladies Frisking Booth of size 1.8 m (l) x 1.6 m (w) x 2 m (ht.) made up with SS 304 grade members of size 50 x 50 x 3mm. Total 8 vertical Stainless Steel members to be provided with base plates & necessary fixing arrangement with suitable anchors on existing granite flooring. 2 nos. stainless steel members to be provided horizontally at top and bottom of frisking booth. On the outer shell 12 mm thick PVC board of suitable height and width of color matching with existing to be provided with necessary screws and studs etc. Also, 2 no. of door opening of size 0.74 m (w) X 1.95 m (ht.) to be provided at frisking booth along with provision of curtain rods and curtains etc. The top of frisking booth should be covered with 2mm thick PVC Sheet on suitable S.S. Framework. The item includes the complete S.S Welding, buffing, fixing screws, washers, anchors etc. all complete. Note: Please refer pictograph attached in Tender Document at page no. PS-20.

Providing and placing SRI Box of size 0.90 m X 0.60 m X 0.90 m (ht.) made up of 19 mm thick Boiling water proof block board (Merino, century, greenply or approved equivalent) with 1mm thick mica internally and externally to be paste on it. The front shutters are to be openable and lockable along with provision of 0.15 m X 0.15 m hinged cutouts. Note: Please refer pictograph attached in Tender Document at page no. PS-21.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:(a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High-Pressure laminate with Non-Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm. The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and animpact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure thequality of the product. (a) upto 300 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH) to match with existing false flooring level.

Providing Executive Revolving Chairs to be used for officials of Airlines, Immigrations, Security etc. The Chairs should be of Model - Godrej Motion High Back Chair or equivalent. The color of chair to be decided by CHIAL.
