Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement morter including work all quoins, aches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC or reinforced concrete pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches or on wallls upto 150mm in dia, if required all as directed by Engr-in-charge following bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and removal out side MD land for 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and removal out side MD land for 25 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces / fair faces of brick masonary wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer on new plasterd surfaces of wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling and three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm/600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint free Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 SQM but not exceeding 0.38 SQM, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement concrete (PCC) as in padding type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for plastered with 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement including sidewalls and applying one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 250 grams/Sqm in floor portion and over side walls. There after applying 3mm thick APP sheet based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (Light, fan, socket, power and Bell) including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp, holder , regulators, sockets light fittings etc , removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit , and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
