Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes with 3mm spacing (using vitrified tiles supplied by the department at free of cost), in all colours and shades using of tile spacers and laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm, after dismantling of existing floor tiles in cement mortar in patches including stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within the campus with all lead and lift. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25mm. including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600mm

Supply of vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, including loading, transportation, unloading and stacking etc., complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOCcontent less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to givean even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing hand rail/gate of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer.M.S. tube/RHS/SHS

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to M.S window, door, grills, riveting, screws etc. and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work
