Taking down fan, ceiling cable end,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and handed over to school authority with shifting to store as directed

Taking down carefully Ceiling Fans of any make, model and capacity from their existing places for replacement of bush, bearing, Capacitor, servicing i. e. lubricating / Greasing and for rewinding/ painting by dismantling the same and keep the blades, canopy, splitpin and other parts and components in safe custody and hanging / fitting on it's previous position after repair/rewinding/painting/replacement of spares etc complete all as directed. Note:- i) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for the labour element involved in replacing the spares as mentioned herein below. (ii) The spares replaced shall be measured and paid as supply only items herein below. (iii) The spares shall suit the exisiting makes of fans or as per existing make of spares, as approved by the GE. (iv) Rewinding and painting shall be measured and paid separately.
