Supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. all complete for Construction of 01 nos BFG, Repairing of Existing BFG and provide 90 cm high RCC cross wall at gadhera tapping point for the protection of intake from flood storm as per design or instructed by site engineer.

Excavation in ordinary soil mixed with shingle, boulder requiring special T&P like pickaxe, crowbar etc. for foundation including lift upto 1.5 m. and Lead upto 30 m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or space between the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m. from trenches.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grad aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grad aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, banding, placing in position and binding all complete reinforcement for RCC work using thermo mechanically treated bars.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, roping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string coarse etc.

Supply and fixing washout as per required size of min length 2.0 mtr length and min size of 25 mm dia GI (med) pipe to be provide as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick PC plaster in proportion of 1:2 with cement and sand, including racking of joints up to a depth of 1.27cm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

MH cover with locking arrangement 450 mm x 450 mm

Supply and fixing washout as per required size of min length 2.0 mtr length and min size of 25 mm dia GI (med) pipe to be provide as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. all complete for Construction of Roughniung Filter as per type design and drawings.

Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I. screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete.

Making ferrule connection in the existing main of G.I, A.C, PVC or any type of pressure mains with saddle piece, service connections, fittings and fixing of ferrule including tapping the main, but excluding the cost of earth work and cost of all materials.

Providing and fixing brass ferrule 15mm dia. nominal bore for domestic connections.

Providing and fixing of Brass bib cock of approved quality

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces two coats & letter writing as instructed by site-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD specifications.
