Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section of unframed/ framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime concrete or cement conrete of any description in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed rafter/purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc fixed in position, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, rolled sections (channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing, ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas and projection etc fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheets of any descriptions as existing on site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheets including ridges etc as existing on site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of anodised GI snap grid frame work for false ceiling grid 605x605 mm fixed with Hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including Supply and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick as in ceilings fixed with screws as per manufactures instructions including taking down existing false ceiling any type including grid etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the taking down any electrical board, fittings etc effected for removing and refixing after repair work includes making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

Matrerial and labour for 40mm thick average thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / padding over roof surface with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement, surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement to receive APP membrane including cleaning the roots top surfaces, brick tiles or concrete surfaces by picking vegitation roots sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and filling of damaged joints of brick tiles in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP and two coats water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: - The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Supply and fixing of factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding glazed window upto 1.50m height made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) NOTE : - For UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Supply and fixing of sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality, in square not exceeding 0.5 Square metre each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel window and with wooden beads to wooden shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, skirting, on vertical surface and like in 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding, moulding on edges etc and polishing etc including dismantling of existing stone /tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 400 mm x 400 mm x thickness not less than 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: - Design/pattern shall be as approved by GE before execution of work)

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The plinth protection shall be laid in panels and lenth of each panel shall not be more than 2.50mtr and at every turning and 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bituman and sand mixture in the ratio (1:3) shall be provided.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness upto 12 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Old bricks obtained from demolition shall be re used. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer upto to 12 metre including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type C2 1 : 3 :6 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,49,750.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 21 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
