Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/l.

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

S/F 35mm solid core type Non decorative single leaf flush door shutter with both sides decorative with black core standard make with aluminum fittings such as hinges, tower bolst, hanlde, cleats and sand block taxes all complete a per building specification and direction of E/i.

S/F M.S. grill made of 20 x 6mm M.S. flat as per approved designious fillet welded and finished smooth, hoisting carriage of grill to worksite hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/i.

S/F local make fully glazed steel door, windows or ventilation of standard rolled 'Z' and mullion steel section and size as per IS - 38 joints met welded with 100 x 16 x 3mm M.S. lug fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) blocks, 15 x 10 x 10cm size including cost of oxidized iron fitting with hinges, handle per step catch springs, 3mm thick plain glass panes with aluminum beads and inner frame fixed with lugs with 20mm long 6.3mm GI. counter sunk machine screw and nuts and applying a coat red lead paint carriage to work site hoisting and plcing in all position in all storys and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make,in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size asapproved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados,over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) andjointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointingin white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cementand matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.500x500mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Labour for cutting old mosaic or precast terrazo tiles including cost of removing dirt, rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved shade and make over new wooden surface after cleaning, removing dirt, scales, smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding, curing and taxes all complete as per building specification & Direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification & Direction of E/I.
