Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but exc ashlar facings dressed stone works and precast cement articles including rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out. Returning filling in layers n.exc 25cm etc removal at surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mt and making good surface in hard/ dense soil

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for Formwork in square, rectangular or polygonal to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as directed

M&L for RCC Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as directed

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia wire etc complete.

S&F in Framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete

M&L for18 to 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like over and including in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade all as specified.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in base, mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110 mm pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes, incl all fittings (Tee, Bend, Elbow etc) all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level of broken stones or boulders, all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of fencing chain link,wire mesh barbed wire etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing complete all as speicfied.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle,or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, including drilling and welding all as specified and directed.

S/F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintel hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps,plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E -165 , all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat, round or square bars, in available lengths welded with iron posts of Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, including nuts and bolts and necessary drilling,welding and all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including taking down old wire fencing any description as directed (each line wire to be measured), all as specified and directed.

All as per item 24 above but fixing only with restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work etc, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) Other than fair faces surfaces of brick or concrete work and finished even & fair with using WPC on walls complete all as specified. Note :-WPC Shall be measured to seperately

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L One coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted steel & Iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC as in block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joints hocking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering to brick/PCC block wall surfaces, 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, with WPC (as per manufactures instructions) complete all as specified Note :- WPC should measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of New plastered surface and applying two coat Cement base paint on wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL).

M&L for 75mm thick, cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors & pavings, plinth protection, path, etc. finishing top surface even and Smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface and applying one coat Cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair steel Rolling Shutters,1.25mm thick with ball bearing,as specified including top cover,anchoring rod,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer ;erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle incl complete accessories and fixing of guide to appropriate direction complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing servicing/ greasing to Steel rolling shutters where ever directed and specified, servicing/ greasing to all parts of a rolling shutter including guide channels, hood covers, gear rods, laths, lock rails, bearings, chains and other connected parts of all types of rolling shutterts, taking down the rolling shutter in any postion and any type where ever directed by Engineer In charge and carryout the repairs/ servicing / greasing and making into smooth operational condition as directed by Engineer In charge, top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple erected in same position or any other openings as indicated and make serviceable/functional and as directed, in repairs complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and Iron surface of any description, not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 1,90,850.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
