Required1. Bidder should have an experience of supplying the similar material previously to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any reputed organization and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as Performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

Required2. Bidder should accept to the supply the material as per drawings enclosed and should sign at the bottom of drawings and upload the documents in PQ bids in token of having acceptance.

Required3. Bidder should accept to supply the material as per Sample provided by the User department.

Required4. Overall L1 bidder may be considered for the all items in this tender.

Required5. The supplied material must be one to one replacement for the existing spares for Aira/Marck make actuator operated 50NB Ball valves for Air lock vessels at KTPS-VI Stage and if fails to interchange the same shall be replaced at free of cost. Bidder should accept to submit interchangeability certificate along with material.
