Confirmatory survey and design of distribution network, carting of pipes and specials up to site, laying & jointing of pipes true to their alignment including lowering in trenches as per IS specification. Providing following size of G.I. (Medium) pipe confirming to IS 1239 Part I : 2004 or its latest amendment including specials and accessories confirm ting to latest IS codes and as per instruction of engineer in charge, testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Distribution Networks in following strata requiring the use of any special T&P or by Chiselling or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches in layers, removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of following size of Gun Metal Wheel / Gate Valve as per IS 778 : 1997 & IS 14846 : 2000 for Distribution System including cartage of materials up to site.

Supply of all materials( as per IS specification ), labour, T & P etc. to construct Pillar Type Stand Posts complete as per departmental type design at point instructed by engineer in charge including carting of materials up to site and curing as per IS specification.

Supply of all materials( as per IS specification ), labour, T & P etc. to construct 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.75 m wheel valve chamber having MS cover with locking arrangement complete as per departmental type design at point instructed by engineer in charge including carting of materials up to site and curing as per IS specification.

Protection works at various sites as per site condition and instruction of site engineer wherever necessary as follows :-

Excavation of earth for foundation in soil mixed with shingle and boulder including lift up to 1.5 m lead up to 30 m including refilling, watering, ramming & disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60 m from foundation trenches.

Providing and carting of materials and laying PCC plain cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing as per IS specification including the cost of centring and shuttering

Providing and carting of materials and laying PCC plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing as per IS specification including the cost of centring and shuttering

Providing and carting of materials and laying R.R. Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 Cement and local sand mortar and curing in protection works including supply of all labour, material T&P etc complete.

Providing and carting of materials and laying R.R.Dry Stone Masonry in protection works including supply of all labour, material T&P etc complete. as per IS specification

Supply of all materials( as per IS specification ), labour, T & P etc. to construct following size R.C.C. C.W.R. complete as per departmental type design at point instructed by engineer in charge including carting of materials up to site and curing as per IS specification.

Part "B"

Operational and Maintenance (O&M) of the scheme after successful construction ,testing ,commissioning of the scheme DLP period of 06 months and maintenance of the scheme for further period of 06 months . The contractor has to handover the scheme to Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan or maintenance agency.

1. No cartage shall be paid extra.

2-The work shall be executed as per agreement and item specified in schedule G and as per direction of Engineer In-charge with standard specification, SOP and work manual . If the contractor executes any work beyond the quantities mentioned in schedule 'G' without the prior permission of the site Engineer in such case these extra quantities may be liable to be rejected and no claim for the payment for such extra quantities shall be accepted by the department.

3. Royalty for sand & stone is deemed including in the rates and the contractor shall pay for them himself and certify to that effect.

4. GST shall be applicable as per latest rule of GOI or any other tax levied by either GOI or State Govt.
