50 HP Mahindra & Mahindra make DG pump set – 2 nos

Supply of following spare parts required for DG sets dewatering pumps as per the specifications given below & approval from EIC etc complete as required. Engine controller

For Electric Dewatering pumps Servicing of following dewatering pump including dismantling of pump & reinstallation of pump by hydra, oiling, greasing, control panel servicing / starter servicing i/c wiring, painting, transportations of man & material etc complete as required. 35 HP KSB make Electric Dewatering pump - 06 nos

Servicing of 7.5 to 10 HP monoblock pumps including dismantling of pump, greasing, oiling, overhauling, replacement of gasket, painting, starter servicing, transportations of man & material and re-installation at site as per approval from EIC etc complete as required.

Providing Highly skilled person to attend breakdown of dewatering pump during monsoon season as and when required. (1 person x 1 day = 1 job)

Providing and Fixing Trolly Tire With Tube size 600/16 In Existing engine Pump Trolly Including dismentaling of old Tire and Fixing of new tire etc complete as required.

Providing and Fixing 600/16 tire Disc and Removing of Rusted Disc etc complete as required.

Replacement of 15 KVA DG pump set base frame including suitable size of ms Channels Fabrication, Painting etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing hose pipe in existing pumps / engine etc. complete as required.

Repairing of engine pump canopy door i/c s/f hinges in existing canopy etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing new Fabricated door in existing pump engine trolly i/c heavy duty hinges, hardware, painting etc. complete as required.

Replacement of suspension(pata) suitable for 28 / 32 / 50 HP pump engine trolly etc complete as required.
