Supply of 600 mm dia slip-on weld able flange, PN 10, IS-1538, 36 mm thickness at site of work

Supply of CI sluice valve 600 mm dia, non rising spindle, PN 10, design standard: IS 14846, flanged end connection at site of work Make: KBL/IVC/DOROT/other approved make for DJB

Supply of CI sluice valve 200 mm dia, non rising spindle, PN 10 at site of work, Make: KBL/IVC/ DOROT/ other approved make for DJB

Supply of CI sewage Air valve 200 mm dia, PN 10 at site of work, Make: KBL/IVC/DOROT/ other approved make for DJB

Hiring of Hydraulic excavator i/c operator and fuel

Hiring charge of crane 20 tonne capacity i/c operator and fuel

Pumping out water from line with the help of suitable submersible pumps and cleaning the site manually for execution of work

Hiring of DG set of 62 KVA capacity i/c fuel at site of work

Safety arrangement like air face mask, helmet, gum boots, safety belts, portable ladder, first aid box, caution tape, barrier cone, litmus paper, torch etc

Dismantling and replacement of 600 mm dia damaged sluice valve by newly supplied sluice valve with flange and also fixing of 200 mm dia air valve along with 200 mm dia sluice valve at site of work. The work includes all labour like fitter, cutter, welder, beldar, chowkidar, helper, supervisor, electrician and material like welding machine, cutter set, nut bolts, packing sheet, T&P along with transportation i/c loading and unloading at site of work

Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer Incharge
