Surface dressing on the embankment of oxidation pond not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil,by trimming and removing vegetation bushes/ small trees and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out vegetation / water weeds and floating materials from the oxidation ponds of size 124mx46m (approx) and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed

All as per srl item no 02 here-in-before but Oxidation pond of size 84mX31m (Approx)

M&L for opening of blockage of IWC/ EWC/ Urinal by machanical means for removing blocked wastes/silt and mud, including removal from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing upto 1st manhole and finally clean the washroom/toilet by clean water to the users satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Opening of blockage upto 30 days interval in one Qtr in same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 30 days of cleaning if blocked in the same qtr shall be measured separtely)

M&L for opening of blockage of Gully trap, nahani trap, floor traps in bathroom & kitchen by Machanical means for removing blocked wastes/silt and mud, including removal from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing upto 1st manhole and finally celan the kitchen/bathroom and plinth protection around GT by clean water to the users satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tanks/sewage sumps /blocked manholes etc by blocking temporarily the inlet line with appropriate wooden plugs and bailing/pumping out water in liquid/semi liquid states and scraping out sludge, organic matter/inorganic matter, soft/semi solid material using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" and removing Sludge to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and incl necessary exc and earth work in soft/loose soil complete.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line from Manhole to Manhole with mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" to clear the sludge/blocking etc logged in side the sewage line and well flushing with water to drain the loose sludge etc inside the sewage line from manhole to manhole including removing and re-fixing the manhole cover all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in deep and n exc 1.5 m wide for laying of drain pipes, pipe line, fdn for manhole like n exc 10 sqm plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth or as in sooft/loose soil getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm internal dia Class SN-8 SDR 34 ISI Marked (IS 15328) Unplasticised Non Pressure Poly Vinyl Choloride (U-PVC) pipes for use in underground drainage and sewarage system single socketed with elastomaric sealing ring joints, laid in trenches and jointed and tested with & Including demoliton of old SGSW/RCC/CI pipe complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) for concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for 200 mm internal dia Class SN-8 SDR 34 ISI Marked (IS 15328) Unplasticised Non Pressure Poly Vinyl Choloride (U-PVC) pipes for use in underground drainage and sewarage system single socketed with elastomaric sealing ring joints, laid in trenches and jointed and tested with & Including demoliton of old SGSW/RCC/CI pipe complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) for concrete bed to drain pipes for 200 mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks locally available built in cement mortar 1:4 as in Manhole etc complete including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar complete.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 by using water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction by weight of cement finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement.(WPC will be paid seprately)

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair and even complete.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete in cover slabs for manhole, Culverts, Septic tank & soak pit slabs and Connected Works type B1 (1:2:4) set in CM 1:4 using 20 mm Graded stone aggregate including necessary form work and demolition of RCC of any description and in any position complete. (reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required incl cranking and binding with and incl MS wire (anealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete

M&L for PCC type D-2 (1:4:8 ) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for Foundation and Mass Concrete Complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan of orissa pattern long pan size 580 mm x 440mm white back inlet and including provision of PCC or lime concrete bedding,100mm dia Vitreous china 'P' trap with long arm etc and removal of debris complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement and curved adqutely and after drying apply two coats of epoxy resin of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls of sunken poriton and tested complete (WPC will be paid seprately)

Refixing in repair 10 Ltr Capcity PVC flushing cistern after necessary repair work including connection to IWC/EWC and pvc connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new SGSW pipes of dia 100/150mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for the and forming bracnch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Collecting and taking out soil/Silt and mud deposited from drains, channels and culvert beds & removing to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick ( laid flat or on edge) in floors, channels, kerbs, approns, etc. (each layer) laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling, removing and disposing off rubbishes complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and M & L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, built in cement mortar not less than 12mm deep washing the joints, removing rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.
