Breakdown/Emergency works

Replacement of burnt/ damaged jumpers and tightening of remaining Jumpers on the same tower.

Replacement of damaged disc insulators of Tension string.

Replacement of damaged disc insulators of Suspension string.

Restoration of snapped power conductor. Complete job including mid-span compression joint, laying of conductor, rough sagging, tensioning of conductor dead-end assembly etc upto span of 500 meter tension to tension point.

Restoration of snapped earth wire Complete job including mid-span compression joint, laying of earth wire, rough sagging, tensioning of earth wire dead-end assembly etc up to span of 500 meter tension to tension point.

Removal of trees if dropped on the transmission line in case the fault occurred.

Repairing of damaged moose conductor by using helical sleeve or bolted or by shorting method without lowering the conductor.

Emergency tower top checking in case if the fault not located from ground.

Providing of stay wire to the towers for it strengthening. (Complete Job).

Erection of ERS tower including transportation, head loading, watch/ward of tower material incase of tower collapse of 400 KV D/C Baglihar Kishanpur transmission line (Complete Job).

De-stringing of 400KV D/C line conductor.

Dis-mantling of tower(Either Full or Partial)

ERS Material segregation & transportation including loading & unloading from store to site

Installation of ERS (Erection Including Anchoring Arrangement).

Installation of ERS (Base Plate Foundation as per Attached Drawing.

Backstay arrangement with Deadment (depth 2-2.5 mtr with wooden deadment, eye sling both side- 5-7 mtr, Anchor shackle- 5T).

Stringing of Single CKT with Twin Bundle Conductor including Jumper & Spacer Work.

Security for watch & ward of material at Site (6 security guard with 8 hr shift). (6*833)

Temporary Stay arrangement for Security Staff

Planned Works:

Checking and tightening of jumper including inserting/removal of temporary local earthing. (Complete Job).

Checking and tightening of vibration dampers (12 Nos. per circuit per tower) including inserting/removal of temporary local earthing. (Complete job).

Checking and tightening of corona rings (12 Nos. per circuit per tower) including inserting/removal of temporary local earthing. (Complete Job).

Replacement of damaged disc insulators of Tension string.

Replacement of damaged disc insulators of Suspension string.

Tightening of nuts and bolts of tower superstructures having tower weight from upto 20 tonnes.

Tightening of nuts and bolts of tower superstructures having tower weight more than 20 tonnes.

Replacement of damaged corona ring.

Replacement of Damaged or missing line spacers.

Fixing of anti-climbing device/Bird Guard over tower.

Checking and tightening of tower footing earthing bolt and measuring tower footing resistance.

Fixing of new vibration dampers on earthwire/ACSR moose conductor (including inserting/removal of temporary local earthing).

Replacement of damaged or missing tower members.

Branch cutting: Under the corridor of 400 KV D/C Baglihar Kishanpur transmission line 48 metre wide and under tower structure.
