SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), ncluding cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling of PCC Block, brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 25mm thick, as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 100mm thick, as in sub base, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Per Square Metre but not exceeding 0.11 Per Square Metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Per Square Metre but not exceeding 0.38 Per Square Metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Per Square Metre but not exceeding 0.38 Per Square Metre, in vertical surfaces/ skirting/ dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, non-skid, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, set and fixing in vertical surfaces/ skirting/ dado or any other vertical surfaces and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloored tiles in vertical surface/ dado, size 300x200x6/7mm, 300x450x6/7mm, 350x250x6/7mm, or 450x350x6/7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/ colour of tiles including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, pre-polished, size 300mmx300mmx20/25mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick, M-35 Grade any shape and size casted in plastic moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in sub base, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 15-18mm thick, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 5,625.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
