In this connection, authority invites tender for Entry Ticket collection and All type of Vehicle Parking Ticket Collection, allotment of existing stalls / Open space for commercial and food stalls rent collection. Providing, erecting, maintaining and removal of various types of good conditioned Amusement items. Providing, erecting, maintaining and removal of World Famous Monuments/ Theme construction. Providing, erecting, maintaining and removal of all temporary stalls, Amusement items and other tender related items with removal of debris and unwanted materials of exhibition belonging to global tenderer in all respects.

Should have experience of minimum one year in last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 in organizing exhibition/fair, conducted by Work Done Certificate 2 of 5 eprocurement central,state governments,government organizations/ any reputed private organization Such private organization should have to submit the attested copy of the permission Obtained from the Deputy Commissioner of Concerned District.
Should have organized at least one exhibition / fair with Entry fee any where in India during last Five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 of whichat leastone should be of minimum of 60 days duration
Should have achieved annual turnover of Rs.100.00 lakhs during one year by conducting exhibitions.
Solvency or availability of credit facility from their bankers for not less than Rs.100.00 lakhs.
