Anti-Carbonation coating for protection of concrete surface from Carbonation by with two coots for Single component solvent free, cold applied, pure acrylic polymer, (Anti carbonation coating) breathable, elastomeric on a water based priming coat Total 3 (three} coats Including priming coots) having 50% elongation property, UV resistant capacity, non-toxic with aesthetic view, ecofriendly and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) material. The product complies with the requirement as laid out in as per ASTM D822 recommended DFT (Dry Film thickness): 100 -110 microns per coot. Top coat may have with 5% - 10% dilution if required and anti carb primer with 100% dilution with approx. DFT:20 microns. Total system DFT should not be less than 230 microns for getting better anti-carbonation property on concrete surface as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of Expansion Joints complete as per drawings.

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious micro concrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and jacketing of damaged R.C.C. members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPa after 24 hours, 40 MPa after 7 days and 50 MPa after 28 days at 300C. It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%, flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPa after 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 80 mm manufactured by MORT&H ,GOI Approved/Empanelled manufacturer and complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2606).
