Construction of ESR Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing & Commisioning of RCC Elevated Service Reservoirs (ESR) and piping arrangement upto 5m. from external face all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Proposed ESR at Zone -02 ( 500 KL) Staging - 25m

Supplying all materials, labour T&P for fitting and fixing, installation, testing & commissioning of DI Pilot Altitude flow Control valve of DOUBLE CHAMBER (Globe Type) with orifice plate for purpose to close valve at maxium water level of ESR & open to refill the ESR AT LOWER preset water level. Control valve should be worked at minimum pressure 1kg/cm². An altitude control valve control at level of a tank . The opening & closing the valve will work without external power sources (electric,pneumatic or man power ). It will work automatically. The body, Spool & Cover will be DI ASTM A- 536 standard, Spring, steam, Jam nut, Cover bolt, & cover waser shouuld be SS, DI/SS Diaphragm plate Nytrill/Nylon diaphragm, Brozen cover bushing, Seat plate & ring with 2 nos solenoid including cost of all materials with transportion to site /Storage with insurance all as per direction of EIC. i) 200 mm

Supplying all materials, labour T&P for fitting and fixing, installation, testing & commissioning of Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) As Per ISO 4064, for Raw/Pure water with accuracy +/- 0.5% of measured value & protection as per given specifications for size 100mm to 1000mm including sensor, transmitter, Surge Protector, cable GI duct if suitable size 25 mm and power supply of Flow meter must be 24V DC. 24V DC SMPS with MCB, Surge Protection device, GSM/ GPRS modem (with Simcard suitable for available telecom network and its charges valid for 36 months) including the pipe cutting, levelling and installation of flow meter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles, cranes including 36 months guarantee, Flow meter data dashboard must be prepared web based applicable which can be accesable from anywhere over internet etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications etc. complete in all respect as per technical specification and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.i) 300mm
